FORMULATION:
Each 5 mL of reconstituted suspension contains 250mg Amoxicillin and 62.5 Clavulanic Acid.
DOSAGE:
Administer every 12hrs. See Accompanying prescribing information.
DIRECTION FOR MIXING:
Tap bottle until all powder flows freely. Add approximately 1/3 total amount of water for reconstitution(total = 86mL) shake vigorously to wet powder. Add remaining water again shake vigorously.
EQUIVALENT TO:
312.5mg per 5mL
STORAGE:
Discard unused portion of reconstituted suspension after 14days storage either room temperature or refrigeration.
